Check your brand and model

General guidance, check your carrier lock status. Regional variants and carrier restrictions differ; a model name alone is not a guarantee.

Apple — iPhone

iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and later eSIM-capable models. Some regional variants, including many mainland China models, do not support eSIM. Check the exact model with Apple.

Google — Pixel

Pixel 3 and later eSIM-capable models, subject to region and carrier exceptions. Verify with Google or your carrier.

Samsung — Galaxy

Samsung Galaxy S20 and later eSIM-capable S-series models, subject to model, region and carrier exceptions; not every Galaxy model supports eSIM.

Find your exact model in Settings → About. Look for Add eSIM in mobile network settings, and ask your carrier to confirm the phone is unlocked. If unsure, do not purchase; contact us first.
