When does my Japan & South Korea plan start?

Validity starts on first network connection. Check the selected plan’s activation conditions and unused-package expiry. Install on Wi-Fi before travel, then enable your eSIM at the destination.

Does it include calls or SMS?

These are data-only plans. Calls and SMS are not included. Messaging apps can use your data allowance.

What if I cannot connect?

Keep the eSIM installed and contact support with your order reference and device model. If service cannot be provided, it is our fulfilment responsibility. Review the refund policy for conditions.
